Fast Family Fun, Under The Stars At RacewayPark on July 8^th

Old Bridge Township Raceway Park races into summer with the second family thrill show of the 2009 season, featuring jet cars, monster trucks, car stunts and more.

  Englishtown , NJ  July 8, 2008 – On Wednesday night, July 8^th, Old Bridge Township Raceway Park is proud to host the longest running thrill show of the season, the 39^th Annual P.C. Richard & Son Summer Motorsports Spectacular presented by Toyota.  We’ve got fire, noise and speed, as RacewayPark showcases some of the coolest machines on four wheels!

The gates open at 5 pm, and every ticket is a pit pass that puts you up close and personal to your favorite drivers and cars.  Be sure to come early for photos and autographs.  At 8pm, the main show starts, and it’s nonstop action throughout the night. 

The long list of thrills include 250 mph alcohol burning funny cars, and nitro powered Harleys!  If that’s not enough, we’ll also have jet powered dragsters and funny cars, going for new speed records as they blast down the track and light up the night sky at over 300 mph!  There’ll be cartoon characters for the kids, and everyone’s favorite, monster trucks!  Featured trucks include Grave Digger, Tom Meents’ Maximum Destruction, Monster Mutt, Black Stallion Bulldozer, and more.

And don’t miss the return of Bob Motz’s original, and world’s fastest jet-powered semi truck, always a crowd favorite at RacewayPark!
